The Atlanta Contemporary Art Center offers a contemporary, urban, artistic setting. Adjacent to the developing Marietta Street Artery, the Contemporary connects the bustling downtown business district with a neighborhood of lofts, galleries, and studios, and we are only minutes away from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World of Coca-Cola.

Pricing Information
All rental fees are based on an average 4 hour event, plus 2 hours for setup and 1 hour to breakdown.

Rental fees are based on the size of your group:
100 & fewer $1,800.00
101-200 $2,000.00
201-250 $2,200.00
250-350 $2,500.00
Note: For groups larger than 350 the rental fee may vary due to the nature of the event.
Prices include use of 15,000 square feet of the facility, as follows:
• 4,800 square foot gallery space (If during an exhibition, it is for viewing purposes only. No food or beverage may be brought into the gallery spaces during an exhibition)
• 1,200 square foot Lobby reception area
• 500 square foot Education classroom
• 5,000 square foot public courtyard
• 3,500 square foot studio courtyard

Tables & Chairs to include:
• (6) 6ft tables
• (5) 8ft tables
• 100 stacking aluminum chairs (black & orange)

Capacity
The Atlanta Contemporary Art Center functions primarily as an exhibition space and capacity varies based on whether or not there is an exhibition installed. During an exhibition period we can accommodate an indoor seated dinner for 60 - 80 people, or a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception for up to 200 people. Between exhibitions, the space is more flexible and can accommodate an indoor seated dinner for up to 200 people, or a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception for up to 500 people.
Caterers
The Contemporary does not have a preferred caterer list. The renter may use any properly licensed and insured caterer.
Alcoholic Beverages
All alcoholic beverages must be provided through the Contemporary. The Contemporary has a liquor license and therefore renters may not bring in alcoholic beverages to sell or give away. We offer several bar packages, with a range of pricings, depending on requested service and hours. Pricing available upon request
Inquiry Procedure
In order to hold the facility, the Contemporary must have a signed contract with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due 10 days prior to the event.
