Target Your Publication

Prior to writing a paper, please first decide on which journal/book/proceeding you want to publish your research work.

Preparing the Manuscript

Format:  Write your manuscript using a well-known word processor (such as Microsoft Word), a common file extension (such as .doc or .docx). Manuscripts can also be submitted in LaTeX.

Peer Review Process

Peer Review outlines the process and guidelines by which scholarly journals evaluate the quality, validity, and suitability of submitted articles for publication. It typically includes the following key points:

1. Ethics and Plagiarism

  • Ensure that your work adheres to ethical research standards.

  • Avoid plagiarism by properly citing and referencing all external sources.

2. Submission Process

  • You can access our submission system via “Submit an Article” link provided on our journal/proceeding page.

  • Create an author account (if you have not registered before).

  • Follow the submission instructions, uploading your manuscript and any supplementary materials.

  • Ensure that Article type is selected correctly.

  • Carefully review your submission for accuracy before finalizing.

3. Peer Review

  • Your submission will undergo a peer review process. Please be prepared to address any reviewer comments and revisions if necessary.

  • There are different types of review process:

Single Review Process: Anonymous reviewers but authors' identities are revealed.

Double Blind Process: Identities of both authors and reviewers are anonymous.

  • Decision Outcomes: Possible decisions, which can be acceptance, rejection, or revision.

  1. Acceptance: Upon acceptance, the article will be advanced for further processing. A formal letter is sent to the authors and other individuals responsible for specific tasks by the Journal manager, Editor-in-Chief, or Managing editor."

  2. Revision: Reviewers may suggest changes based on their evaluations. It is the responsibility of the authors to meticulously review and address valuable feedback. In some cases, reviewers may ask for a second review to confirm the suggested improvements before granting acceptance.

  3. Rejection: There is a high possibility that the article may not be accepted by the reviewers due to various reasons, such as plagiarism, conflicts of interest, out of scope, lack of originality or supporting evidence, wrong/insufficient conclusions.

The journal policy may note that the final decision rests with the journal's editor, even though reviewers provide recommendations.

Open Access and Licensing

Review and acknowledge the publication's open-access policy and licensing agreements. For more details, please check Copyright and Licenses.

Post Production Review

Production is initiated only after the journal receives the signed Journal Publishing Agreement and Article Processing Charge as outlined by the journal, if any is listed on the journal website. Even though the acceptance letter is sent to the author(s), the article will not be taken into production.

  • Upon receiving the signed Journal Publishing Agreement, the accepted manuscript undergoes typesetting in line with the journal style.

  • All authors receive a set of PDF page proofs via email or a download link.

  • PDF proofs can be annotated, requiring Adobe Reader version 7 or higher, available for free at https://get.adobe.com/reader.

  • Authors opting not to use PDF annotation may list corrections and return them via email, indicating line numbers.

  • The article proofs are meant for checking typesetting, editing, and content accuracy.

  • Significant changes to an article accepted for publication will be considered only with permission from the journal editor at this stage.

  • The production team strives for a quick and accurate article publication.

  • Title, author's name, and affiliations are not allowed to make changes after acceptance.

  • Authors are urged to return proof corrections within 3 working days.

  • Ensure that all corrections are sent at once; subsequent changes may not be guaranteed.

  • In the absence of a timely response, the journal editor may proceed with article publication.
